" Breakfast was basic but fresh Room was generally clean although hairs left in bath from previous occupant"

"20 minute walk to Broadway, bus stop in front of hotel"

"Great room comfortable bed- in room facility’s, kitchen area for cooking, washer dryer in the closet- wish i new tablets and pods were under the sink though"

"The hotel staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. My only complaint would be the quality of pillows. The location was perfect. Just a couple blocks from Broadway. We will definitely return! "

"Beware of this hotel. They charged me a smoking fee of $350. I have asthma I do not smoke. The employee at the front desk couldn’t give me any information & there wasn’t a manager on site. No answers when I tried calling. When I finally spoke to someone they told me I would be better off disputing with my bank because they cannot remove that charge. I travel a lot & have stayed in many hotels & this is a first. "

"Had another amazing stay with this location. Coco and Taj were absolutely wonderful Hostesses at check in. Coco was Very helpful with our entire stay it was very personable that she remembered us multiple days. Just when you think that’s it Taj remembers us at check out and wants to make sure our friends that we checked in with didn’t have any issues. That is amazing Customer Relations"

"For the price you pay the rooms were mediocre. Took about 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up and the room was hot. The property had no in restaurant or continental breakfast. No shuttle service to the airport. Expected more after paying $8000 for 4 rooms for 3 nights"

"Excellent location! Had trouble with tv working but maintenance was excellent. He is to be commended. The issue was difficult and he kept at it."
