"Our stay at this Red Roof Inn PLUS+ was a series of frustrating hurdles that made it difficult to truly relax. To start, the cleanliness was genuinely concerning; we encountered visible dirt throughout the room and, most distressingly, stains on both the sheets and the towels. The maintenance issues were so persistent that we had to change rooms three times. Between a refrigerator that wouldn't cool and a blow dryer that simply didn't work, the basic amenities were a gamble. The electrical situation was equally taxing. Most of the outlets were non-functional, forcing us to prioritize which devices to charge and in what order just to keep our phones alive. When you combine those technical failures with incredibly thin walls and a choice of views between a loud highway or a train track, sleep was hard to come by. Even simple tasks were a chore—the third-floor ice machine was broken, requiring a trek down two flights of stairs. While they did offer complimentary coffee, the quality was definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation, though the gesture was appreciated. However, the saving grace of this entire experience was the service. I want to give a massive shoutout to Zontae at the front desk. I arrived close to midnight, and she was smiling, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. I learned she was already an hour past her scheduled shift because a coworker was late, yet she never let her professional, upbeat attitude slip. She is the only reason this is not 1 star. "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Located very close to several restaurants. The free breakfast is a plus and the beds are very comfortable. "

"There was no hot tub the room was clean but not what i had booked and they placed me on the backside of the building where it seemed the police should have patrolled all night there "

"We stayed here with our kids on a trip to watch the MLS game at Geodis Park. We were able to walk safely to and from the park, which was our primary goal in booking the hotel. The room was low frills but had everything we needed and made great use of space. The mattresses were a bit overly firm, but overall it was a great experience with a great bang for our buck. I am typically a bit of a hotel snob and wasn’t sure how this would turn out but I have no regrets and would absolutely stay here again. The area was safe and had great proximity to restaurants. Check in was a breeze, I had no issues. "
