"Overall, the property is quite nice although it could use some maintenance in some areas. The 2x6 wood railings around the balconies are actually rotted right through. Major water damage in the bathroom ceiling. However many other features were quite nice and they have a very large buffet breakfast. Good location and nice to have secured parking. Catch up on this maintenance and get rid of the rude evening clerk and we'd give this a 5 star rating"

"We liked the location to the Grand Ol Opry, Gaylord, etc"

"Everything waa great! The only complaint was the curtains could be about 4inches longer so no light gets in! "

"Pool and other things were located outside and were not open yet for the season I guess .it was great that they had a shuttle going to the Opry for a reasonanle price also ! We were very happy about that . Would stay there again ."

"The staff was especially friendly and helpful. They went over and above to engage with our children. The kids wanted to stop and interact with the staff on each of our comings and goings. "

"The fillers Inn is in a great location but need some updates. The breakfast area needs chairs that match the table height. The breakfast area needs to have better lighting. And they need to replace the drapes in the majority of the rooms because they are torn and missing pieces off of the backs of the drapes. Staff is wonderful very kind and knowledgeable. I would stay there again call me if you need help with the breakfast area and I’ll be glad to help."
