River Hotel

"The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and helpful. I requested extra coffee and other supplies for the room several times and they never failed to bring it to our room promptly. I did think the interior of our room was a bit outdated and could use some updating. The furniture, carpet, and bathroom all had a very old look and definitely needed updating badly. That was very minor though. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. There were some loud motorcycles and cars every night that insisted on constantly revving their engines around 11pm-12am which was annoying. Not the fault of the property at all, but definitely something to be aware of if you’re wanting a more quiet atmosphere."

"Didn't have a lot of expectation for the place as I didn't know it but was REALLY impressed. Customer service was on point, very friendly and answered all my question. Pool was a good size, gym too had great equipments for a variety of workout. Restaurant in place with great quality food and reasonnable as price. Room was confortable and slept very well. I recommand!"

"Hotel is very nice and in a good location for access to downtown and the riverwalk. Very clean and well maintained. Just be aware that if you choose to valet park with them, it's $70(inc. tax) and a $22 "destination fee". Not to mention the other ridiculous fees which come to about 40% of the posted room rate by itself. However, I'm sure every hotel in SA is charging the same fees. In total it was about an extra $150 with all that added to the base room rate. If you can try parking a block or so away in a public parking garage for WAY less. Just a heads up! Room was very spacious and clean with a partial city/riverwalk view. Only stayed one night for a concert but had breakfast in restaurant and it was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly."
