This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. "Bathtub was very nasty looking, but turned out that someone evidently washed out paint supplies in the tub and it would not come clean. The beds were very hard and felt like box springs. You could feel the springs in the mattress. There was two broken chairs in the room and I got several big bites, which I am assuming were from fleas since it was a pet friendly room and I didn’t see any signs of bedbugs. When reported to staff, she just shrugged it off. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the first time it has ever been bad. Hoping this was the ONLY bad room, but probably won’t take a chance again."

"It was a nice big room but it was above a pizza restaurant so the room was noisy and shook every time someone entered the restaurant. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. There was no soap in the bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser did not work. "
