"Although the staff at the facility were very helpful and professional, unfortunately, if you are like me and are a light sleeper, this might not be the hotel for you. I believe the reason is the design and construction of structure itself - if you are on the ground or second floor, you can hear almost every footstep, clump, door close, etc. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this, but I think it is a significant issue.
