"Check in was easy and staff were extremely accommodating! Elevators were down to club level but staff minimized any disruption by taking us up to our floor via staff elevators. They did a great job! I would rate 5 stars if the club level had a wider window of hours. The hours we could take advantage of this perk was 2 hours total for snack and beverage. Despite this staff made up for it! I highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU "
