"The reception staff member when I checked in was disengaged and bordering on rude. I asked for a 5 AM wake up call which he repeated and I said yes please. At 4:40 AM the wake up call came! I told the front desk staff when I checked out and he chuckled and said that someone must have read the time wrong. It's not funny when you are the paying guest when this happens. Not staying again at this hotel. Musty smelling room and very disorganized, cluttered and dirty lobby. "

"The cleaning staff were amazing, but the check in staff were not up to the task. They had limited knowledge of the area, had to find my own parking due to height limit and no other parking to offer. They couldn’t direct me to a lot so I was on my own for that. The thermostat in the room wouldn’t allow me to not burn up in our room, so I had to open the balcony door and try to sleep through horn honking and sirens well into the night. I will not stay at this hotel again. And if I had it to do over, I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. One thing to note: if you do require parking, recognize that the garage fills early and it may be closed if you're out and about late at night. We had to park on the street in the early afternoon because the garage was full, but there were two spots available when we came back later in the evening. It's also very tight, so plan your vehicle size accordingly. "
