"No usb ports in the room, carpets were dirty and the A/C didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they didn’t fix it. They just had someone come look. Overall not a hotel I would return to. Parking was $100 for 2 nights which I found crazy when you pay so much to stay there"

"Cramped lobby, lots of employees, small rooms (the space between the foot of the bed and the wall is about a foot and a half, which for a mid size person is not adequate). However the bathroom is spacious with a nice large glass enclosed shower Rooms include nothing but fresh towels, clean sheets and bottled water. But no slippers, no shoe horn, nothing to wipe your shoes There was a TV set in my room that has to be watched on the diagonal because it is not facing the bed (there is no place to sit in the room but the bed) Breakfast includes many items but some of them stale of bulk supermarket quality"

The Vittoria hotel has such a modern feel,, the beds and pillows were so comfy and every member of the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting are fabulous. The cleaning staff took care of our rooms and went above and beyond. We will absolutely stay there again."

"The hotel is well used but clean and functional. Walking distance to plenty of dining and tourist sites like Byward and Parliament Hill. I liked having the suite so I could make my own meals. There's a really cool grocery store nearby called Farm Boy. I felt safe walking around Elgin Street, even at night. I plan on staying here for every trip to Ottawa. Staff were great to deal with. Breakfast is hot and ready to go at 7am sharp. "
