"I love the Chelsea hotel for many reasons, the location is close to places to eat, shop and transit ttc( streetcar or subway on college street). The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly it's one of the best hotels in the city, beds are comfortable .I got a room upgrade which gave me an nessspresso machine which I used regularly. "The room was spotless, loved that there was no carpets. Secure access with room keys for elevators. Friendly staff. Convenient downtown location. I was upgraded to a king size when I told them I was staying alone. I did drive in, ended up in a different parking lot somehow (next door) I had already paid so I left my car there and easily accessed it the next day. I was convinced I was in the right place lol! The signage for parking on wood street could have been better but no other complaints. "
