"All staff were super helpful and nice Carlos bar tender, Carlos front desk, Jimmy check helper all fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, head lady that runs it. ( didn’t get her name) coffee bar really nice to have. Great location "

"Staff were not helpful. We stay to eat at one sushi restaurant inside but we order stake for dinner. Food was not cooked well and waitress didn't even came onces to check on as. I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. Room was not worth the price. Shower was not the best. The day before we stay in the Hyatt in downtown, that was way better hotel by far. VERY disappointment experience."

"The location is breathtaking. All staff helpful and professional. Food was delicious . Even loved the dogs roaming around and looking healthy and happy. Only issue is the television in the bedroom, it should be in the living room. Especially if more than one guest. Also, there should be written instructions on how to use the television. We had to settle for what we could find."

"The room wasn’t clean, the mold in the shower would prevent the water from even draining. There were coffee stains on the table from whoever was there before. You could not sleep in even if you wanted to, it gets SO hot inside, we were running out of there. My room was sold to me as an upgrade for with w city view and all we could see were the electrical lines. I saw someone else leave a review that staff was non existent, and I agree. A security guard from a different business ended up helping us out! There’s other places around with a better view, more comfortable and clean. Would not recommend this place."
