"There is a big gap between what appears on the website and the reality, getting to the room is very difficult. (Requires traveling by car on an unpaved road) The living conditions are not comfortable at all. Very small shower. There are no air conditioners in the rooms. Dark and unlit rooms. "I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."
