One of our favourite hotels ever. There is so much intention and care with everything in this hotel. The team has such an incredible warmth to them, the pool is gorgeous for tanning and swimming, the breakfast (oh the breakfast!), the owner is one of the most warm souls we’ve met, and not to mention it’s a short walk to amazing restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book with this team, you won’t regret it.

Wir hatten einen 7-tägigen Aufenthalt bei Sol De Verano. Die Mitarbeiter und der Hotelbesitzer waren sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Stadtzentrum ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hotels in einer ruhigen Gegend, sodass man vom Nachtleben nicht beeinträchtigt wird.

Giriş yaptığımız anda ki samimi karşılama, memnuniyet odaklı çalışan arkadaşlar. Herşey çok güzeldi. Odamız çok temizdi. Cumbalı odada kaldık ve çok keyifliydi. Havuz gayet yeterli ve çok güzeldi. Kahvaltısını da gayet yeterli ve lezzetli bulduk. 11 yaşında ki kızım buradan ayrılırken bayağı üzüldü :) Misafirperverlikleri için çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz ❤️ Kısacası sakin ve huzurlu bir otelde konaklamak istiyorsanız kesinlikte tavsiye ederim.

Wir hatten eine Reservierung für elf Tage im Hotel Sol de Verano, aber unser Aufenthalt war von zahlreichen Problemen geprägt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das gebuchte Deluxe-Zimmer nicht gereinigt, sodass wir ein Standardzimmer erhielten, was zu einer Beschwerde führte. Nach Verzögerungen bekamen wir schließlich ein anderes Deluxe-Zimmer. Am zweiten Tag informierte uns das Hotel über ein Problem mit der Toilette im ungesäuberten Zimmer. Am dritten Tag wurden wir gebeten, erneut umzuziehen, was wir schließlich taten. Im neuen Zimmer fanden wir verschimmeltes Brot im Schrank, was die unzureichende Reinigung bestätigte. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice, der über Expedia versprochen wurde, fand erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung statt und war auch danach mangelhaft. Nach Meldung der Probleme an Expedia reagierte das Hotel unprofessionell und verweigerte den Kontakt. Erst nach einer E-Mail von Expedia antwortete die Hotelleitung. Der Hotelmanager Herr Ömür forderte uns auf, das Hotel zu verlassen und versprach eine Rückerstattung, woraufhin der Eigentümer Herr Kaan intervenierte und Besserung versprach. Ein weiteres Problem betraf das Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Mutter. Das reservierte Standardzimmer lag im Keller mit Blick auf eine Toilette. Trotz meiner Bitte um ein besseres Zimmer half uns das Hotel nicht weiter, was uns zur Stornierung und zum Wechsel in ein anderes Hotel zwang. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir vom Personal misstrauisch beäugt, was sehr unangenehm war.

Rolig og fint hotell nær sentrum

Helt grei og søt hotell nær Alaçatı sentrum med gå avstand. Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilte ansatte tok oss godt imot. Fin basseng som man kan tilbringe sin tid på og sole seg etterpå. Veldig rolig beliggenhet som gjør deg mulig å slappe av før du tar turen videre til sentrum. Eneste minus er at baderommet er litt gammelt og dusjsettet blant annet har begynt å ruste. Ellers ganske greit og anbefales 👍
