From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly people and all staff were willing and ready to help with anything I may have needed. I'd particularly like to compliment the lovely Marisa who looked after our business group like royalty. She would greet me every morning when I arrived for breakfast. So bright and bubbly. "A handy location for our Newcastle visit to various relatives. The recent refurbishment is excellent and plenty of parking. Check in easy and friendly. Pub attached has very generous servings and variety of food as well as catering for families with an internal playground area. Enjoyed our breakfast too."
