"The only pro was it had a vending machine! cockroaches everywhere, the bed, the fridge the bathroom, walked into our room and there was sick on the wall, graffiti, hole in the bathroom door stains on all the bedding and the floor, we couldn't wait to leave. Seems this company have a lot of hotels that are run remotely and not checked upon. "
"This is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again.
The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else. "

"So well designed, the 18m2 did not feel small. The bed was wonderful. Excellent tea & coffee making facilities. Highly recommend. Caveat being that bed would not suit couples with mobility issues."
"A big tick to the reception and housekeeping staff, who are always welcoming and helpful and so good at the jobs they do. We could not have been looked after better,
There are several room types to choose from. This time we chose a pool view balcony which was quiet, spacious and comfortably furnished. It had a frig, safe, an electric kettle, generous supplies of coffee, tea, etc, cups and glasses but no plates, eating utensils or microwave.
Reception operates 24/7. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at extra cost and meals are available at the adjoining Leagues Club from 10am till 8pm in the family friendly bistro and speciality restaurants. A snack bar operates till after midnight.

"This is the second dog friendly hotel I've stayed at in Newcastle and it is by far the best! Staff are super nice, the room was really clean & the bed comfortable. Will definitely stay again. "
"Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. I was surprised to find there were no coat hangers in the property, no milk in the fridge but this was not a major issue. The property is sparsely decorated and I suggest some bedside lamps would be a nice addition. There are also a few upgrades needed. Bathroom tiles upstairs are cracked , door to bathroom sticks when you try to open fully ( you can get through the door but just a surprise when it sticks ) soap holders in shower recess need replacement or repair. Also in bathroom upstairs and every to laundry downstairs there is a small step up of 2 cm which is not easily noticed and therefore easy to trip.
Generally the property was comfortable and I will book here again. ( sorry for all the little details but I’m an ex property manager from short term environment so am trained to look for every little detail. )
Thank you for a peaceful stay. "
"This is proving to be very comfortable & convenient & Im considering a longer stay with my business in Newcastle ongoing, I cant think of a better location for being central to the city & it allows me to at the end of the day being able to switch off & wind down & enjoy the peace & privacy this place has to offer."
