Had to follow up via phone numerous times to be able to pay early and to then know what the key code was as we would be checking in late that night. The room was literally shocking when we walked in. Hi, ROOM 409 The cleaning person left the dirty towels inside a laundry bag in the kitchen. Plus did not tidy the living area. Also did not take away the ice jug and left it outside our door. I was expecting a better service. Thanks
