"1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty
2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them.
3. No Kleenex in room
4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke
5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles
6. Floor is so worn out
7. No bellboy to help with luggage
8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service. "
"Property in good location. Nice sized rooms. Check in was good
No coffee/ tea making facilities. However when requested, we got a kettle. Bathroom door was creaking.
Breakfast buffet was reasonable but we had to confirm what time we will have breakfast?! Had a small fork/tong for each person to take food items from the buffet which meant the same tong was used for all food items. Was very uncomfortable for me as a vegetarian. Also there are chances that mixing up foods even in traces could...
"Ha sido una muy buena experiencia. Esperamos que la próxima vez que vayamos, tengan disponibles los servicios de cafetería y piscina. Ha sido impecable y muy amables los trabajadores."
"The hotel's greatest asset is its location. Walking just two or three blocks in either direction brings you to the sea. To the right, you'll find beautiful beaches as well as an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a genuinely friendly staff.
Because this is a boutique hotel, guest services are somewhat limited. The front desk was not staffed on weekends, and even during the week, staff members were only available at certain times. Fortunately, Amina, who oversees maintenance, was...
"The room was modern and well designed but way overpriced for the size fact there is no view b/c of frosted windows. It was like a beautiful jail cell. Also, check in was a nightmare. It’s in a totally different building and not easy to find. "
"The property was excellent. Very small, authentic and quaint. The manager was very nice. There were 3 restaurants extremely close by, 2 were in the same building as our room. The ferry and beach were within a short walk from our room."
