"I got a room online and when I go to the property they told me I had to upgrade my room because my room I booked was only available to disabled people . I guess I didn’t read the fine print . Room was worn down and stuffy . Parking hard to get out of . The staff member in the morning was friendly and breakfast was decent . Great places to eat right next door and bar area down the street . "We were taken aback by how spacious the room was and how clean the place was. Unfortunately the wifi was down during our stay. But they offered a gracious discount for future stays. Continental breakfast offered. I would recommend getting a new toaster as it took a bit and still didn't toast as much as I would've liked it to be. Our sink water temp was not working properly, it was either super hot or cold, however, I forgot to report it, FYI, it was room 124. Location was conveniently located and near the freeway. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Portofino Inn for a nice, clean, quiet stay! "
