"Ive stayed at this property twice for a universal studios trip and both times were great! Its local, upkept and has a shuttle service that is free. Late check out is amazing. I would recommend if youre there as a couple get the king suite with a kitchen. The double beds are a bit tight for two people but thats soley on me for booking later. I will continue to use their property in the future. Very clean property with a heated pool!"
"The staff is excellent. I showed up early and they accommodated, the room has a nice ambiance based on the modern decor. Shower had good pressure, though I wasn’t the biggest fan of the body wash scent. Smelled exactly like Lysol, that fake lemony. The gym was great, and the temp in there was 66; much appreciated as it felt even better than those big fans. Bed was really good. Went to take a nap at 3pm and slept through my 6pm alarm; woke up 13 hours later. I guess that’s one way to skip dinner. I’d easily stay here again. Located next to a really good restaurant, Tonir, the Lebanese food down the street that’ll make you wanna marry into their family. That’s what I ate before going into hibernation. I travel a lot for work, 10/10 would recommend. "
"I had an issue with someone playing loud music at 7:30 AM and complained and it was dealt with immediately. Good continental breakfast. Easy parking."
"The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area. "
"We had a 5 star stay at the Coast Burbank hotel. The facility was clean, the rooms were amazing, the staff is incredible. We did a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and Warner Brothers. The Coast picked us up from the airport, shuttled us to Universal and Warner Brothers and back to the airport. The staff and drivers were amazing and absolutely on time. We had an amazing stay. "
"It's a very classic style inn, offering great quality-price rooms. Very clean, nice and spacious. Free self-parking and the all-day available coffee, juice, and drinks are awesome. Breakfast is not that great since it's mostly just bagels, fruit, cereal and pastries but overall the experience is great since the area is pretty quiet and there's a security guard 24/7, apparently. Also, filming happens sometimes there!
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider going back next time!"
