"I loved staying at this Best Western. It is located close to the Hollywood stars, Universal Studios and the Observatory. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious. Everything was clean and everyone was courteous. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"The room was always spotless. The personnel working in Preston were extraordinary nice, efficient and professional. At the front desk Myla was very nice and see told me about the amenities given to guest, the person who did the initial checkin did not talked about them. I did no have to spend $50 in tge hop on hop off ride because of her. I was grateful. The location of the hotel is expectacular with the stores in back, the movie theaters, the stars in the sidewalk, etc."

"Great remodelled motel in a safe neighbourhood. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful with local recommendations for food options and activities. The coffee in the lobby and fresh pastries daily were delicious! The weather was perfect for a pool day in the heated pool. Would highly recommend! "
