"Overall it was fine. Little things are what our complaints would be. It was very expensive at the places to eat there. Also not a lot of breakfast options for kids. We bought yogurt and cereal in the gift shop but again, expensive, and they were never stocked. The shower would run cold and then would turn off and on. It was convenient and close to Universal Studios though. "

"Perfect spot for Lakers games! We always stay at this hotel because it’s walking distance to Crypto and LA Live. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and it’s reliable every time. Only downside is the loud aircon. It’s too loud and disrupts sleep. We turn it off sometimes and the room gets warm. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Still our go-to for game nights!"
