"On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. All hotel guests can eat breakfast for free the next morning which we already had with our booking. Breakfast was good except for the part that if you want cook foods such as eggs etc … you have to pay extra which we were not informed at check in or we first entered the restaurant. Hotel location is super close to Universal Studio. Shuttles run every 15 mns. Only 1 minor note … parking fee is too high. "

"This is definitely a hidden gem! The customer service from the time we arrived to departure was hands down the best I have experienced. I travel a substantial amount, and have never been this impressed. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Well Done staff and management! "

"It was a beautiful hotel located right on Hollywood Blvd. You walk out the door, it’s right there. The staff was very nice It’s an older hotel, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. No coffee maker in the room. They did have some in the lobby, but when it’s gone, it’s gone. Your best bet is to walk over to McDonald’s and get yourself a cup. There is a mini fridge stocked with drinks, but you pay for anything you drink or eat. We bought a couple water bottles and put them in there. I felt safe there, even at night. There’s always a lot of people. We were anywhere from 10-20 minutes away from all other attractions. We Ubered everywhere. I would definitely recommend. I would also stay there again. "

"This really is a hidden gem! We planned a day at Universal Studios and this hotel is in the perfect location, away from the busy touristy spots but within a short driving distance of Universal. The area is quiet and the hotel was very modern and clean. Danny at the reception desk was very nice and polite. There is a good restaurant on the corner within walking distance for either breakfast or dinner. Hotel has lower parking garage with two levels for on site parking which does cost extra but was reasonable. The room is very simple, no extras but spacious, neat, modern and clean. The bedding is excellent, some of the best pillows and mattress I've experienced at a hotel. If I ever plan a return visit to Universal Studios, I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Great stay. The welcome drink was very nice. The hallway smelled fresh and clean. Staff were wonderful. Close less than 10 minute walk to the free tram to Universal Studios. Definitely staying every year. "
