"I travelled with family. I like that it is has a 24-hour cafe that caters for those who come in very late. We were not aware that they have that there as from previous hotels where we stayed in, they do not usually have that or if they do, they close early. We had to make several stops in our attempt to get food at 1am but lines in drive thrus were very long, if we had known they have that 24-hr cafe, we could’ve gotten earlier in the hotel. Food was good too. I hope they’ve also included in Expedia that there is breakfast buffet as well as the rates so guests can plan ahead. We thought it was just a regular bfast for a fee, didn’t know it was buffet that’s why you have to pay extra. But I’m sure it would be worth it as some people like me and my family actually look for hotels with bfast buffet. Otherwise, our stay was great, every staff we have encountered were very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels are on thin sides. The amenities were lacking, just the basics of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The shuttle from the airport was slow."

"This was my second time staying here, and the property impressed me all over again. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to offer helpful assistance whenever needed. Best of all, the beautiful city views stretched across the skyline, creating a memorable backdrop from the property and making them my favorite part of the stay."

"Upon check in, they asked what brought ha to LA- I believe, more for conversation than anything. I let the front staff woman know that we were here for the Oregon ducks versus UCLA game, and also mentioned this was one of two trips for our honeymoon. She showed us to the elevator and said congratulations. We were up in our room for about 20 minutes when there was a knock on the door, and a lovely gentleman greeted us with a beautiful plate of desserts and complementary champagne. They also sent a card with him. When I opened the card they had typed out a personal message, congratulating us on our honeymoon and wanted to send complementary celebratory items to our room. This was an incredible surprise and meant a lot to us. It took thought. Our room was beautiful, with a corner view of windows, looking down into the city of LA. There were plenty of food options around, and we really enjoyed every interaction we had in the neighborhood. The hotel staff were friendly from the valet to checking in. The morning we left and needed to get our car from the valet, all of the gentlemen were so sweet. I felt like a local celebrity ha ha. My husband and I will stay here again if we ever visit LA, and are looking into staying at the Omni in New Orleans when we have our second honeymoon trip in a couple of months."
