"The Location is really wonderful and the cleaner lady was very nice but the hotel receptionist's attitude was rude, not polite.(day time worker) There was no soundproof from upstairs, next door and I can hear the tv sound, water shower machine sound. "

"The stay was great! Get used to climbing alot of stairs, staff was great. Room was clean, kitchen was very busy to really be able to get breakfast in the time set. If you are a late riser, be prepared to not being able to get into the kitchen after breakfast, so the staff can clean. I understand that, just wasn't expecting that. Staff was great in recommendations or pointing out the right direction to get to where you want. There's so many good things here to mention all of it!"
