The W hotel was an excellent experience. I did have a suite and additional amenities, such as valet and breakfast. The food was wonderful. The staff was top notch, and the ned was probably the most comfortable I've experienced. I'll definitely stay there again!

The property was comfortable the staff was nice. The only part I wasn’t too comfortable with was people hopping in the elevator who weren’t staying in the hotel to go up to the pool/events. As well as anyone really going in and out of the property felt a little unsafe on our last day we were followed by a woman to the elevator. Aside from this it was a good stay.

Amazing hotel. My only comment is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit light. Also the air con is noisy and clicks on / off throughout night. The biggest comment I have though is that the pool only opens from 12pm till 7pm. Would be better if it opened earlier!!!

All staff were amazing and kind. However most of my stay (3 nightstands ) they were filming or had private events meaning you couldnt use the lobby or dining in the hotel (other than the pool at certain times or room service) had I known this I would have booked elsewhere. Also there was no housekeeping on the second day and I had to request multiple times to have my room made up the following day, towels ect. I have stayed at multiple W properties and I guess had certain expectations, but this one is not close to the same level as what you would expect.

Tutto perfetto ad eccezione della gestione elettronica delle luci e della tenda. Il sistema di controllo delle luci non è facilissimo da comprendere mentre quello della tenda non funzionava ma e' stato prontamente aggiustato nel momento in cui abiamo segnalato il problema
