"Not your run-of-the-mill hotel. Older property steeped in history with warm, interesting architecture with a lot of heart. Excellent staff -- especially Falcon at the front desk and Raul at the pool bar. I had a little trouble keeping the room temperature constant, but I'll attribute that to user error. Overall a truly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat soon."
"I had a wonderful stay!! . The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"This motel is a great choice for universal. 5 minutes walk to the shuttle to the parks. The walk felt safe in the day but chose to Uber back as the walk back at night felt risky.
The room was clean and ideal for a night or two, with food options next door. I would stay here again for the park. "

"There's a bar in the hotel. It's a hotel that has been renovated. Close to universal studios which makes it very convenient. Traffic is very audible because of how close to the freeway this hotel is. Parking available on site. Good for a night stay. "
