"The room, The bathroom very nice and clean.The bathroom was very organized with towels, & toiletries. House keeping was very attentive to your needs, & very nice, friendly. The room was very comfortable, & quiet. The breakfast was very delicious, good, hot, fresh, organized, professional, excellent staff & friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with food. And this was my first time staying at this hotel. I can say I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I definitely would recommend for you to book your room at. And I also recommend that you add the breakfast complimentary to your stay. The breakfast was excellent. So I give this hotel 10/10. And with this hotel they do have other ones in other states I believe. "

"After an extremely frustrating time getting here as a result of the winter storm 2026, the staff was overly pleasant and even allowed us to check in early! The room was spotless, the bed is extremely comfortable and the shuttle to and from LAX is very helpful. 10 out of 10! "

"The staff were amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Very clean and the nostalgia of old Hollywood is really there. I originally booked a king room and upgraded it as the room was a bit cramped. I upgraded insight, the staff was very accommodating. We upgraded to a king loft and it was wonderful. "
