"We stayed here for 2 nights during our Disney-universal studios family trip. The location is very convenient to go to universal studios. Although it is small family run hotel but our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff Eli and Alfredo went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. When we reached here from Disneyland, we checked in late and the kids went to sleep right away. I wanted to shower but found out that the water was very hot. The manager Eli asked me if we wanted to change room as the water couldn't be fixed until the morning. Since the kids were already sleeping and I didn't want to wake them up, so Eli gave me another room so I could shower without any extra charge and the water was fixed first thing in the morning.
The complementary breakfast had a lot of variety (much more then we had other budget motels at Disneyland). The morning manager Alfredo was very accommodating too. My son wanted to eat peanut butter and even though not in the menu Alfredo went and brought us a small brand new container of peanut butter and asked us to keep it.
Overall very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms are very spacious with microwaves. Free parking right in front of my room. Altough the building is old but I would stay here anytime I visit this area again "
"I had an issue with someone playing loud music at 7:30 AM and complained and it was dealt with immediately. Good continental breakfast. Easy parking."

"Our family and friends have always chosen this hotel for when we head out to Universal Studios. Its close by, rooms are affordable, clean, close to different fast food restaurants. The camel and flamingo are great decorations, the pool and jacuzzi are always working and clean. We just miss the FREE ducks the kids use to live to get some when we visited. "
"We had a 5 star stay at the Coast Burbank hotel. The facility was clean, the rooms were amazing, the staff is incredible. We did a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and Warner Brothers. The Coast picked us up from the airport, shuttled us to Universal and Warner Brothers and back to the airport. The staff and drivers were amazing and absolutely on time. We had an amazing stay. "
"upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others.
