"Great place to stay"

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area. "

"The female hotel clerk at the Hilton Honors was friendly, and courteous. She provided information as to when to get the shuttle to the airport in time to make our flight. Appreciate her honesty and helpfulness. Everyone (staff) we interacted with were pleasant and nice. "

"We had a 5 star stay at the Coast Burbank hotel. The facility was clean, the rooms were amazing, the staff is incredible. We did a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and Warner Brothers. The Coast picked us up from the airport, shuttled us to Universal and Warner Brothers and back to the airport. The staff and drivers were amazing and absolutely on time. We had an amazing stay. "
