"We didnt realise till after booking that this apartment had no reception desk.i wouldn't recommend booking last minute after traveling and tired. You need to email or ring to get codes to get in. Its bit of fort knocks. Codes to get into foyer-to use lift-the paid car parking-so its not an easy entry. The drunks and homeless people yelling and swearing all night below is not cool if your a light sleeper. Room was adequate though,had everything we needed. Internet is super slow..if it even connects at all. It was warm/cool enough and provided bathroom amenities etc "

"The room is very clean, a very homely feel to it. Staff are so inviting & welcoming from the time you walk through the door until you leave. The bar has a wide range of liquor & the staff are always so polite and helpful. Parking is super easy, there’s a huge car park but also can pay a little extra to have your car in the gated area of the hotel. Highly recommend.I cannot fault anything. 10/10"

"The beachcomber is a great getaway hotel - pool area is magic, right on the lake and makes you feel like you could be in Fiji. Room was large and beds comfy. Nicely renovated. Breakfast was good, delicious coffee and option of eggs. We will def return! Tip- get a lakeview room"
