"Beautiful place"

"We stayed at Equinoccio for our 1-year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely incredible, so I felt compelled to leave a review. This locally-owned hotel felt like a true boutique experience: the views were amazing, the rooms were clean and had really good A/C and the facility is pristine. The amenities included a restaurant/bar, jet ski/boating, and transportation. One of the most notable things was the above and beyond hospitality. The staff are amazing - welcoming and attentive. We never had to flag anyone down because they always checked on us. It really made us feel special. Further, the manager Carlos was incredible. After a visit to a coffee farm he offered to personally pick us up. He shared the hotel's philosophy on supporting the local community, from the people he hired to the ingredients in the meals. That's something you don't experience often A very nice and welcome surprise was the AMAZING food. Quite literally some of the best authentic Salvadoran food we had while on the trip. They also roast their own coffee and I'm actually drinking a cup of their coffee as I type this. Let me tell you - I don't write reviews often, but Equinnocio is amazing and I hope it remains a staple in the area. Please do yourself the favor and stay here."

"Property was beautiful. Beautiful views and affordable! Many restaurants and activities to easily walk too. I will definitely come again and wish I stayed a bit longer, the whole stay was perfect. The shower was AMAZING and spacious! The room was nice and cozy. Provided breakfast and it was delicious. Very accommodating and easy communication. Best stay yet in El Salvador! Easy parking and simple check in. "

"First time staying if you aren’t familiar with the area you might say it’s old and outdated but it’s the best out in this area. Service is amazing - breakfast is amazing!!! It does have air and bedding is amazing. It has hot water too "
