We also had car troubles with the slow and the staff was so accommodating when we needed help getting up and down the mountain. The manager...

"Wrost experience. The first room shown was not in good shape , broken heater & the management wanted to charge for it.Room was changed to a o.k. Room. Dirty bed sheets, unchanged.Had to ask them to change them. Ask for towels. Breakfast was included but not offered . Toast & tea were prepared when requested. Wish had chosen a different place to stay. Cancelled another stay day due to difficulties encountered.
