Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved the room and the view from it was incredible. The staff was wonderfully attentive and all our needs were met. It was great to be able to walk to everything, and the included parking helped greatly. We had to communicate before our trip due to some payment issues and couldn’t have had a better experience.

It is right next to a wide plateau where kids can run and play. Not far from the town area where you can buy and eat. 10-15 mins to the train station (Mer de Glace) and Gondola place to Aiguille du Midi. Staffs were VERY kind. Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking available.

Excellent stay!

A fantastic place to stay, as a family. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-appointed. Close to shops and restaurants, and very close to the beginner slopes and teaching area for children. Wonderful views, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and excellent pool and sauna. We would happily stay here again.

We had a great balcony at le Balcons, the best view in Chamonix and probably the easiest ski access. Roomy abd the kitchen was a great benefit. The property is a little dated but a traditional motif. A great stay! Thank you!

Overall amazing stay. Vacation check out at 10 AM? With a quote "no later than 10" When breakfast is served 7AM -10AM, its kind of put you on spot to either sleep in, get breakfast somewhere else, or rush to be checked out. Not ideal vacations mode.

Nice chalet near Brevent ski area

Nice suite of 2 rooms and a little kitchen well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. Though, the shower was worn out with little debit,they changed it but it was still not functioning well, but manageable. The surroundings are nice ,close to the center and ski areas. Ski in and out is possible if there is enough snow as there is a téléski nearby that takes you next to the Brevent ski area. Ok breakfast. Nice and helpful personnel at the desk. I would come back.

Great stay, high value!

Fantastic hotel! Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgable. And we were grateful that they were fluent in English (which was more than what we could say for our French). The parking garage was very secure, safe and convenient. The views of Mont Blanc from our room were breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again!

Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy.

My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. The bed was very comfortable and other than being a bit dated inasmuch as furniture, it was a comfortable 10 night stay. I will be back, I have stayed at other hotels before in Chamonix and as mentioned, I will be staying there again. Close to skiing, dining, and nightlife. Friendly staff, available 24 hours. Merci’
