I came back from my holiday, it was a great stay. Everything was walking distance from the hotel to time square. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and organized. Check in & out was very smooth as well. I plan to come back.

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

"The chateau, was a wonderful place to stay and the spa and massage was fantastic. My only criticism was that the piped music was annoying and piece and quite would be fine. The other we stayed 2 nights and the menu was the same both nights and with only 5 choice on the main course you would expect ..."
