Comfortable, clean hotel in Little Italy. Nothing special, but does the job for solo and business travelers. It does have a rooftop deck with great views of the city, especially at night.

The room was clean, but the bathroom door didn't fully close. It was off track or the door was crooked. There wasn't a dining table, which seemed odd, so you either had to convert the Murphy bed back to a cough to sit or sit on the beds. There was no lighting by the Murphy bed, so you had to depend on the ceiling fan's light in that area.
The layout of the studio was thoughtful, however, with a full curtain to make the Murphy bed area feel like a "room." However, we could also hear guests above us and on either sides of us at all hours of the night, which made for poor sleep. Some of the switches didn't seem to work for anything and it was odd that the ceiling light's switch was all the way by the front door.
The location was great. Could get to Brooklyn easily and it was easy to call rideshares. Really enjoyed having a kitchen, but there were just some odd quirks.

AC did not work the 1st night. Fixed for 2nd night but didn’t work well. Elevator did not work on day of check out. Checking out with luggage was stressful from the 4th floor. Staff was excellent. Breakfast has bacon.

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Reason for not giving 5 stars was because the cave pool cost 60 euros per person per day. We planned on using it for an hour or less, so that price was too much!"
