Hotel was very tired needed some decoration. Rooms were poor wonky toilet seat, poor hair dryer. Breakfast ok but needed staff to inform chef when croissants needed replacing too longer wait. Limited menu choice however food on offer was fantastic.

The chateau was beautiful and in a great location. The staff were also welcoming and gave good service. It would have been lovely to have had a small fridge in our room particularly when we experienced a heatwave.

De kamers in de Orangerie zijn basic en zonder airconditioning, wat bij 40 °C buitentemperatuur eigenlijk wel zou mogen. Door de muren zijn dik en als men het raam dichthoudt kan men de kamertemperatuur nog draaglijk houden. De badkamer is mooi en en recent Het ontbijt is Basic, maar wel verzorgd. Jammer genoeg, geen glutenvrije keuze. Alsook geen kazen die niet van koemelk afkomstig zijn

Très agréable séjour dans un lieu magnifique aux portes de Perrigueux (petit centre historique charmant !) Personnel chaleureux, professionnel ; chambre et salle de bain magnifiques, petit déjeuner copieux, produits frais, sous une verrière de caractère accolée au château dans un parc avec arbres géants. De plus, prix très abordable à l’orangerie en cette période. Belle découverte !

Habitacion que no corresponde a 4*. Sin aire acondicionado , suelo de gravilla suelta en el patio , difícil para arrastrar maletas. El baño somero con una ducha de hostal . No hay nevera . Las habitaciones no estan en el propio castillo sino en un edificio sin gracia , anexo.

Tout y est parfait !

J'étais déjà venue à l'orangerie il y a plus de 10 ans et j'avais laissé un mot de satisfaction. C'est avec plaisir que je suis revenue , j'ai plus encore apprécié et savouré les lieux, la gentillesse de l'accueil , le diner dans les belles salles du château , l'ambiance calme et raffinée.

Pas mal mais pas 4*

Hôtel sympathique (joli chateau, salle de sport moderne, piscine et spa) mais pas au standard d’autres 4* : pas de clim, décoration très sommaire concernant la partie Orangerie, piscine assez petite et pas impeccable, pas de service de nourriture hors repas, petit déjeuner basique. Personnel du spa pourrait être plus sympa !

Shame about the room

Outwardly the Hotel looks great and the main house has real character and charm. We however had a room in the orangery which is a detached building of modern construction. The room was not a bad size, was fairly clean although there were specific areas like the waste bins that could have been cleaner. The room had two single beds pushed together which got further and further apart as the night passed. The main issue with the room was the lack of water pressure to provide adéquate flow for the shower, but even worse was the lack of sound insulation that had been used in the construction of the building. We could hear every step, door opening, TV being switched on etc. throughout our stay. The pillows were also dreadful and the Duvet hardly big enough for the bed. A shame really as the rest of the experience was pretty good, with the restaurant food being very tasty and reasonably priced too.

Hotel is kinda cute. cardboard walls. You can hear everything from the other rooms including the toilet part. Staff is extremely ignorant. They do not have the caliber of hôtel to support their attitude. Simply avoid that place. Not worth it.

1 Nuit à l’orangerie

J’ai passé une nuit à l’orangerie. Le cadre est sympathique avec le château et la cour qui sont très jolis. Par contre à mon avis cela ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. Le confort de la chambre reste minimal avec un lit/oreillers qui datent un peu. Idem pour la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n’est clairement pas à la hauteur non plus (les viennoiseries étaient quasi inexistantes, peut être un mauvais timing lors de mon passage mais tout de même) De manière générale, le cadre est agréable pour ceux qui aime les châteaux mais cela ne vaut pas à mon sens les (quasi) 100 eur la nuit pour une chambre basique
