"It's a nice place to stay but it's close to interstate. Also the first above us ran around their room slamming doors from 2:30 AM to 5:30 AM. Made for a short night. You can hear everything from outside ,hallway, and above you."

"Parking is tight but close to building, trucks are too big to fit. The area is revitalized original down town, right on a river walk which is stunning. A room overlooking the river is what you want to ask for. Pool and hot tub, very nice breakfast, mostly quiet hotel. In the process of doing property updates… hopefully changing the mattress in room 228 will be done before you stay there! Price was reasonable and hotel felt safe even though it has plenty of urban walkers going bye. "

"I wish I could have given a higher overall rating. The hotel was nice, staff were pleasant, and the free breakfast had many options. My low rating is due to our room having an overwhelming, eye and nose burning smell of Fabuloso cleaner. We noticed it right away when we checked in and thought it had just been cleaned so we opened the window and kept it open while we were out of the room for a concert. We came back and the smell was just as strong, we were unable to change rooms due to them being fully booked- and I’m not sure changing rooms would have helped because the girl at the front desk said they use Fabuloso to clean everything and I saw on the front counter what appeared to be a spray bottle full of undiluted purple Fabuloso. We did our best to get some sleep but we both woke up in the middle of the night with tight chests and needing to use a nebulizer to breathe right again. In the morning the smell was still bad even with the window open all night and a fan. I typically have good experience staying at AmericInns, but this location is not one of them and we won’t be choosing it again."

"The rooms was good just has a small issue with the shower it leaks so it would make noise as it had a metal cover. But awesome views of the lake"

"Great loctaion, pretty quiet place, breakfast was good! The only cons I witnessed...hot tub could use a cleaning and my room had a unpleasant smell to it."

"Clean and neat rooms, charming and friendly reception, and a tasty breakfast selection. The only downside is that the bathroom fan and the light share the same switch, and the fan is very noisy."

"The breakfast was wo perfume, the staff ama,I got. Our room smelled like sewer gas. We let the front desk staff know but it was awful. The pool was closed and from other guests it has been for a while. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next door snoring all night. The bed was comy but the water pressure was almost non existent."
