Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. "Nobody speaks English but you can only get the airport transfer by phone so that takes ages.AIRPORT TRANSFER IS ONLY IN THE HOUR SO VERY INCONVENIENT. Further from the airport than it seemed when booked (about 30mins drive). Not like the pictures but clean and does the job. I would not stay again."

"Overall ok but the room stayed hot all night even with the air conditioning on, shower leaked out into rest of bathroom and while the ac was running, it smelled like someone was smoking right beside the air intake. Breakfast was good, proximity to the airport was good but the actual stay experience of sleeping was not the best."
