처음 지어졌을 때는 럭셔리한 호텔이었을 것 같은데 세월이 가면서 관리가 제대로 안된 부분이 많았음 - 의자가 너무 더럽고 등받이에 지워지지 않는 얼룩이 많이 있었으며 문짝이 잘 안맞고 부서진 부분이 많음. 방 온도가 중앙 난방식인데 너무 더웠으나 창문이 안열려서 답답함. 스태프들 (특히 설비쪽) 이 친절하고 문제를 잘 해결해주려는 모습이 보여 좋았음.

服务态度，质量，标准，常识非常差。标注免费网络服务，但使用网络必须要加入会员。前台告知我不能用护照办理入住。简直闻所未闻匪夷所思。正常沟通无效，酒店前台当即报警要我去派出所。所有事件经过全程录音，但酒店态度来看，维权道路任重道远。差评。
