Hyperion City Hotel

"The hotel was newer but already had some wear and tear in the rooms with stains on the chairs and curtains. It overall was nice though- with amenities more similar to US hotels. The room had thin walls and we could hear guests next to us watch tv and pull items into the outlet. The breakfast was lovely. Great variety and fresh. Pool was nice and often not being used. It was a good location with a view of the water. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the parking garage which we weren’t able to use for our 5 night stay. They said you have to make a reservation and it was unavailable, but you can’t make a reservation until you get there. The front desk person laughed at me when I asked. We were able to find street parking easily most days but it was much harder in the evenings. The spa was okay. It seems like you can make a reservation online but you can’t. You have to call or talk to the staff when you arrive and then prepay. It was the lightest massage I’ve ever had even after asking for deeper pressure."

"This hotel is exceptional. Breakfast and dinner food quality was first class. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms at the front have blackout blinds, adjustable air con and well sealed doors."

"Really great stay overall. Convenient location, comfortable clean property with friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the mattress probably should be replaced. Sagging due to age."
Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."

"Great stay at Hotel Kriti! The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was yummy, and the staff was wonderful. The pool was nice, too - a good place to relax and cool off. The location was good - beach, Old Town, and the harbor all within walking range. The room was very quiet - almost seemed soundproof. Would definitely stay at Hotel Kriti again."
