Another view of the gorgeous Elafonissi Beach on Crete Island, Greece. Crete is Greece's largest island and has no shortage of stunning beaches to explore! However, this was by far our favorite because it is where we got engaged!

TIP: go early or late (a few hours prior to sunset) to beat the crowds and have you own little cove to yourself to admire all that pretty pink sand!

Elafonissi will forever be one of the most special beaches to my Fiance and me, as this is where we got engaged in July of 2017!!

This is where you can find pink sand on the beach and clear waters excellent for snorkeling.

TIP: come early or late (1 - 2 hours prior to sunset) as those are the least busy times. This is a very popular tourist destination. There is little shade, so bring an umbrella or a floppy hat. There are several tavernas on the beach if you get hungry!
