But not thing you need to be aware of is the hotel closes after 11pm so you may have to call them and let them know you need back into your room, only took a few moments. "The accommodation felt new, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent — within walking distance of the bus station and very close to the waterfront and many dining options. We also loved the way the old ruins were incorporated into the architecture, which gave the property a lot of character. The outdoor clothesline was another thoughtful and convenient touch. One thing to note is that rooms toward the back can be noisy at night because there is a nearby pub and people tend to gather outside into the early morning hours. Roula was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering to move us to a different room and later suggesting another option for my friend as well. We appreciated her efforts very much, though we ultimately decided not to move because it would have been too disruptive. The main issue for us was the bathroom lighting design. In our two-bedroom unit, the bathroom was positioned between the bedrooms with frosted glass panels on both sides. Turning on the bathroom light at night illuminated both bedrooms, which made it difficult for light sleepers. This seems more like a design issue than a service issue, but adding better coverings to the glass or using softer lighting would make the rooms much more comfortable for guests at night."
