"We stayed in room 502 which was a spacious room with huge balcony with sun loungers and a private hot tub. We were on,y using the room in the day and early evening as we had a late flight home but we would stay again. A good location, parking opposite and a 10 minute walk into the main old town. Very friendly staff."

"We had a fantastic stay at SanSal Chania. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and really helpful. We had some lovely meals out thanks to their recommendations. Our room was immaculate and we had bottled water in our fridge daily. Great coffee pods were supplied for our in- room machine. The room came with a hairdryer and an ironing board. Our bathroom was spacious and came with really nice, locally sourced complimentary shower gels, soap and moisturisers. The bed was spacious, very comfortable and the only time we heard noise from outside was on one morning as there was construction locally. We even received an evening turn down service which we were not expecting and this was lovely to come back to after a day of exploring- fresh towels were supplied if necessary and the room had received a general tidy up. This hotel is 10 minute walk (if that) into Old Town Chania. There is plenty of parking available if you hire a car. We received a free bottle of wine with our stay which was great as we actually stayed over my birthday. The infinity pool on the roof was 10/10, providing great views. The pool was very clean and we did not have difficulty finding a lounger. The bar on the rooftop was also great with reasonably priced cocktails and great food. Breakfast was also delightful- some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve had abroad and the selection of local foods on offer at the buffet was fantastic. Overall I could not fault this hotel and would 100% stay again. Thank you!!"

"Loved this property. In the middle of the action! staff was soooo friendly and gave great local recommendations, especially Areti! One thing was no parking, as this is in a pedestrian area, but we parked at a structure a couple minute walk away."

"This property is beautiful! The view from our room was incredible, the sun set was right in front of us on the water every evening. The included breakfast was also delicious; I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk downstairs to eat every morning and the hours were great. Great location to walk places nearby. Love, love, love! I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Chania. "

"Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—central and easily walkable to Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Onsite parking was a big plus, and we never had trouble finding a spot. Service was excellent, especially thanks to Petros. But our absolute favourite part? The sweet house dog! "
