Beautiful and peaceful property. Well maintained and good facilities. Room is bigger than area average. Room is clean with good amenities and modern electrical switch with USB and Type C. Breakfast offer good choice of local food with fresh coffee and egg station. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Feels like the hotel was a great place to stay at some point ij the past. The restaurant was so expensive but really poor quality food. No iron available but staff would take ironing for a 'fee'. However i asked to cancel my dinner reservation and then a magical iron appears if we keep the dinner reservation.....

Stay was spoiled by room
The room we were given was NOT as stated when we booked. There was no bathtub, no in room safe & the bathroom was extremely small & pokey. There were also no spare power points, not even for the supplied kettle, which REALLY detracts from the whole experience. Staff were very polite & service was immaculate. If & when the room we were in gets renovated the hotel management would be well advised to enlarge the bathroom.

A wonderful, relaxing spot.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Maneecham, and will definitely return again. The word "resort" in Thai terms conjours up (for me) visions of garden shed type accommodation. In these terms, the Maneecham is no "resort". Set in beautifully tended gardens, the resort is set around a large swimming pool, with the main building on one side, and rooms on two others. The main building has been beautifully designed, with much use of golden teak in this light and airy building. Rooms are spacious, well maintained with a good size balcony. The on site restaurant - I'm sure the best in town - serves a variety of Thai and western dishes, as well as an excellent breakfast. The staff are another of the highlights, nearly all being friendly and helpful, albeit that English is limited, but generally both sides try to work out what is being said. Most people seem to stay just the one night en route to or from Koh Chang. Overall, if you want to visit a lesser known part of Thailand - there is plenty to see in the area - or just relax in comfort, this is an excellent choice.

Staff are a delight
As soon as one arrives at Maneechan Resort, the staff are there to take one's bags, offer a face cloth to wipe away the dust of the road, and bring you to your room where a compimentary snack is awaiting. Its a delightful property, very well designed with many interesting shapes created by interlocking buildings around the central swimming pool. Gardens to the rear are manicured and full of interest. Only negatives: there is a very busy road to the rear of the property so ear plugs come in handy to block out noise of heavy vehicles and motor bikes. And its not easy to find if you don't use a satnav.

Great resort with excellent pool and facility's. Restaurant high standard. Set in the privacy of extensive grounds yet close to Chanthaburi business center. Excellent for a few days or an extended stay.

A very comfortable stay
The Maneechan Resort provided us with a very comfortable stay in Chanthaburi. The staff were so helpful and although language differences slowed the comprehension of our conversation, the staff ensured they could help. The shuttle into the old town was great and it was never any trouble to pick us up at night after dinner.

They appear to have lost our booking so the reception staff simply ignored us for quite a while as they tried to find out what had happened. Not an impressive start and clearly in need of some customer service training. However, the resort is very pleasant and our room very nice and comfortable. Not too much noise from the main road traffic. Dinner and breakfast quite good. We only stayed one night so no other comments to make.

This hotel has lovely rooms but the best part is the big pool, sauna and gym and the fantastic breakfast. They are situated out of town but they have a free shuttle service into town and they'll take you where you want to go. This service is now only every two hours which is a bit less convenient. Some rooms are near the road and are a bit noisy so ask for one not near the road. Good place top stay on way to Koh Chang. Nearby waterfall beautiful.

Fantastic hotel
Stayed two times at this hotel and both times they had lovely room with good TV channels and big breakfast and free transfer into town. Pool sauna and gym excellent. Nice place to stay to see the fruit being made and go to non touristy beaches 30 kilometres away

Reasonable stopover
Huge and rather soulless hotel on the main road at the edge of town. Room was ok and the staff were helpful in giving me a lift into town and collecting me for free. They also arranged my onward journey to Koh Chang (expensive). Good pool.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen großen Pool. Zudem ist das Fitnessstudio gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste einzugehen. Das Frühstüchbuffet war in Ordnung. Der Shuttleservice könnte bis um 21:30 gehen.

プールが使いやすい。プールにはミニバーもあり、プールで遊んだ後は部屋にそのまま戻って室内を濡らさずにシャワーが浴びれる。 土禁生活ができる構造なのも過ごしやすかった。シャワー後は裸足ですごしたいから。
