"Pretty good for the price. The room was overall clean and decent. We got a room with a pull out couch, but didn't use it because the mattress was kinda grungy. That could use some attention. The door to the pool area slammed loudly every time someone went out, the anti-slam mechanism could use an update."

"Customer service was helpful, the downfalls, we were on the 2nd floor, exiting the elevator, the carpets are filthy, were not vacuumed, the room was clean, the shower curtain was way too short, while showering the floor was getting wet. no shelfs or a place to put soap or items in the shower, water pressure was very low. Breakfast was ok- no butter for toast, coffee was cold. eggs and sausage were good. = I lost my earring and I reported it to the front desk and it was found and returned to me. Thank you. "
