"Horrible hotel. The staff insisted that I need to pay for the laundry before giving me back my clothes, just because I never deposit, despite I said I will pay upon check out as we are so tired after a full day of walking. But staff still wanted me to go all the down to the lobby to make payment first. Very inconsiderate and unhelpful staff. The breakfast spread is ok, but to me not enough choices. And 3 lifts, 2 were spoiled. Never stayed such a lousy 5 star hotel before."
"The most perfect hotel ever. So gorgeous, with an infinity pool, teahouse and amazing restaurant - the hotel is so helpful to get you to the national park. Only issue is that it is quite far from certain areas, however if you're looking for a peaceful retreat and want to visit the Avatar Mountains, this is the place to stay."
"Clean and relatively new hotel rooms in a convenient and quiet area of Wulingyuan. I recommend including the hotel breakfast in your stay if you’re going on a tour since it’s convenient and has both western and Asian options. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and main tourist area."
"Amazing stay in Zhangjiajie! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect — just 5 minutes away from the Avatar Mountain gate, which made traveling very convenient. The hotel view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!"
"This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back."
"Our stay in this place is amazing. The view in our room is priceless. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is perfect . Miss feeding the fish in pond.Highly recommended this place."
