"Communication was good, followed steps to retrieve the key and complete my stay. "The room was okay but not really satisfied, no room service for 4 nights, no iron and the demarcation btw the bedroom and lounge was awful. There is no microwave in the room. The apartment itself is okay but the service provided not satisfactory."
