"Staff (Arrienne?) was great at check in. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was good, though the food service area gets crowded at times. The location was absolutely fantastic. We were within walking distance of the Art museum, University Circle and the University Hospital system. The plumbing was a negative – you had to flush the toilet twice every time you used it and the sink in our kitchen it seemed to be backed up. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotels common areas were very clean with the exception of the pool area. On Saturday evening the pool area and lots of towels laying all over the floor with pooled up water on the sides. Granted the pool are was very overcrowded and never saw staff except to bring in more requested towels."

"The shower in the room didn’t work and the staff informed me there is nothing they could do about it- The hot tub no longer works and the elevator was broken definitely not worth the cost to stay there "

"We stayed just one night. It’s a beautiful property with friendly staff. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was just okay but there were a lot of options. The walls were thin enough that we could hear our neighbor’s conversation. The room was comfortable. There is a lot to see and do within walking distance. "

"Bar and restaurant area were staffed by only person, although he was amazing the staffing was poor. The valet system and employees working it were rude and completely unorganized making the entire process disjointed and terrible."

"Very clean room, quiet and a good place to stay for a night's sleep. Internet was not good, because of a storm so unusable. TV options limited. No access to streaming services. But if you want a good night's sleep at a super reasonable rate, stay here. There is a gas station/plaza with breakfast options that are better than most motels offer right next door so the lack of free breakfast was not a problem."
