9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,055 reviews)
We stayed at this hotel for a few days and, unfortunately, one thing left us quite disappointed.
It was my birthday during our stay, and I was surprised and saddened that the hotel didn’t acknowledge it in any way. I have stayed at many hotels before, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this.
Usually, hotels make at least a small gesture, such as leaving a birthday card or a little surprise in the room. I’m not even talking about any special gifts or complimentary treats, just a simple gesture that makes a guest feel appreciated and special.
It may seem like a small detail, but these thoughtful touches make a difference and create a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this was a missed opportunity for the hotel.
