"The service from the front desk, to the valet parking, to the wait staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I had an offer to upgrade my room for free, and the cookies they give at registration are just sweet. I was easily accommodated with an early check-in. The room was spacious and clean; the beds were most comfortable, and the decor was nice - I was welcomed by name on the TV screen and there was a light-up picture frame that was unique and nice to use as a night light. Fridge and microwave in the room, and there was even a small couch with a coffee table as well as a leather chair and ottoman. The couch couldn’t be used for sleeping, but it’s nice to have extra seating in the room. This was not even a suite, just a standard room with 2 queen beds. 11/10 would recommend and I will stay again due to staff hospitality, comfort, and prime location. We were a 5 minute walk to the Boston Opera House, and a 25 minute walk to Faneuil Hall. Great hotel! "
