"Although room was spotless, a cup with cigarette butts was left on the balcony. Staff immediately upgraded and changed my room. I was very happy with the location and room itself. Although staff was very accommodating, staff could have been more knowledgeable about the area."

"The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Market. It is surrounded by great restaurants and many historic buildings and an easy walk to all of them. The valet parking is very convenient and the free breakfast is icing on the cake."

"Location is convenient. 11 min ride to historic downtown, park in the streets for free. There is a Publix at a walking distance if needed. Not 5 stars because the room was shabby. Bathroom needs renovations. Hooks come off, there was not shampoo and body shower liquid in the jars built into the shower."
